We hope you're absolutely thrilled with your purchase. But if, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered with our hassle-free returns policy.

Should you notice any discrepancies or receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 36 hours of delivery. You can drop us a DM at hello@blushbunny.co.uk We're here to make things right, and the sooner we know, the sooner we can assist you.

Now, let's talk cleanliness. Any items returned as faulty must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept dirty returns, so please ensure everything is in pristine condition before sending it back to us. And remember, return postage costs may apply.

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty. If your item develops a fault within the first three months, you can choose between a refund or exchange. After that, it's all about the exchange.

Any non-faulty items returned to us that don't meet our returns policy will be held for 30 days. If we haven't heard from you by then, unfortunately, we'll have to say goodbye to them.

If you receive an incorrect item, please refrain from opening or tampering with the packaging. Kindly notify us at your earliest convenience, and we'll provide detailed instructions for an exchange. Please note that if an incorrect product arrives with security seals or sealed packaging that has been opened by the customer, it cannot be returned for an exchange as it has been accepted by the customer.

In the event that an item is returned and found not to be faulty, your account will be charged postage for the return if requested. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.
